STEP ONE: Get a USA Hockey Number for all players you are registering. You must pay for your USA Hockey Membership and your Mass Hockey Affiliate Fee ($12) before completing the AHA Season Registration. Once you complete the USA Hockey registration you will be given a number for each player. We recommend getting USA hockey numbers for all of the players in your family prior to beginning registration. Use this link if you need financial assistance to pay for USA hockey fees.
You cannot add multiple players to a cart in USA Hockey Membership registration - you will need to click the link and start over for each participant that needs a USA Hockey Number.
STEP TWO: Return to this registration to complete your players information, emergency & medical information, select the appropriate team to register and sign the appropriate waivers.
